Valentine's Day

i don't really celebrate valentine's day...but at my kindy, we do tell the children about valentine's day...i didn't go into details about the cupid and all...just telling them usually this day people show their loves to the love ones.... mummy, daddy, brother, sister, grandma, grandpa, aunty, uncle....

usually we do not touch the religious part whenever we talk about festival... like chinese new year, deepavali, christmas...take it as a festival only...

till then...daaa...

Chinese New Year Craft

CNY card

at school, every time we celebrate a festival, we have to make a card or a craft or both. CNY has just past...so a card is a must for mummy & daddy...

i like to make lion dance for CNY as i think children like lion dance...(eventhogh some of them afraid actually)..they afraid of the real one but they really loved their craft that i made with them...:-)

they like to play with it actually...make their craft dance..how cute!!!

Hari raya cards for teachers (2010)

I get bored with the normal hari raya cards for my children to give to their teachers..so i tried to make these cards. Every teacher that they chose to give had a personalized touch from me...:-) 

Penat jugak la nak menyiapkan about 16 cards all together but at the end of day rasanya berbaloi la usaha i...each teacher was not  getting the same design / colour at all... and the ustazah(s) from their kafa getting the 'jawi' version of my raya cards..how cool was that..
